Problem
A VISTA camera starts to boot up, then shuts down and starts to boot up again. Or, a VISTA starts to boot, then just shows "BOOTING" on the display and never fulling comes on.
Symptom(s)
Will have lights and power. Will likely show the following text on the display:

Summary
Let the battery drain and recharge.
Details
- Let the battery drain completely (leave the VISTA powered on and not docked)
- Dock the VISTA in a Transfer Station or USB base and wait to fully charge (may take several hours)
- Undock the VISTA and power it on
- If the behavior continues (stuck in Booting or repeatedly going through a boot cycle), contact WatchGuard Customer Support
