Problem
All slots except one work as expected on the Transfer Station. Any VISTA inserted into the non-working slot does not upload its recorded event(s) to Evidence Library.
Symptom(s)
- VISTA inserted into slot does not upload
- VISTA may charge up
- All other slots work as expected
Solution
Summary
- Power-off the Transfer Station
- Disconnect and reconnect cables
- Power-on the Transfer Station
Details
- Remove all VISTAs
- Power-off the Transfer Station using the power switch in the back
- Disconnect the power cord and the network cable
- On one VISTA record a 30-second test video
- Connect the network cable and the power cord to the Transfer Station
- Power-on the Transfer Station using the power switch in the back
- Wait for another 30 seconds just to be sure the Transfer Station properly connected to the network
- Insert the VISTA with the test recording into the non-working slot and check to see if it uploaded to Evidence Library
