Evidence Library Administrator is a desktop application that helps manage a fleet of 4RE systems and VISTA cameras, as well as security access to Evidence Library.
Administrator must be installed on a workstation to be used; it is not part of the web (or browser) interface of Evidence Library. A user must be part of specific groups to be able to access Administrator or specific functions of it. The agency's system administrator has access to add or remove a user from access to Administrator.
- Use Device Management to create configurations for both types of devices. Configurations are settings for those devices that are specific to the needs of officers and the agency as a whole
- Use Security Management to control user permissions for Evidence Library based on groups that users are part of
