Problem
Unable to connect to DV-1 using Fleet Manager Utility and a crossover Ethernet cable.
Solution
Summary
The IP address changed when the DV-1 system was upgraded to firmware 6.0 or higher. This applies to DV-1 C, D, and E; the IP address will be 192.168.100.123. For DV-1 A and B, the IP address remains the same: 192.168.0.123.
Details
It is possible to change the IP address of the DV-1.
- Enter the Boot Back Door menu
- Turn off the DV-1 unit
- Turn on the DV-1 unit
- When the display shows 'Booting' press the Stop button
- Enter the Admin PIN
- Select Network Configuration
- Change the values of the IP address
- Save the changes
- Restart the DV-1 unit
