What is a Training Point of Contact?
The Training Point of Contact, or Contact, or TPOC, is essentially the administrator of the information and people who have access to Online Training for their agency.
There is no limit to the number of TPOC's that can be listed. Keep in mind that anyone who is a TPOC would have permission to:
- Manage Online Training user accounts
- Request NEW accounts to be created
- Update first name, last name, email address and request password resets
- Remove user accounts that should no longer have access to Online Training
- Request participation and grade reports
- A full participation report for all user accounts and courses – contains listing of all user accounts in the agency, the last login date for each, separated lists of the courses that have been completed by each person, when it was completed and the grade received, if applicable.
