Description
This error indicates an issue with the connectivity of the VISTA to the USB dock or Transfer Station.
Resolution/Workaround
Try a different USB dock, or a different slot in the Transfer Station. Also, turn the Transfer Station off and then back on. Check other VISTAs on the Transfer Station - if they are working properly, the issue may be with this VISTA. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 38
Description
This is an internal hardware component failure.
Resolution/Workaround
The VISTA attempted a repair of corrupted storage but could not complete the repair in a timely manner. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 100
Description

Resolution/Workaround

ERR 102

Description

ERR 120
Description
The VISTA has rejected the upgraded firmware package.
Resolution/Workaround
Verify that the upgrade file is valid. Try downloading it again from the WatchGuard Help Center. Ensure that it is correctly loaded in Evidence Library or Evidence Library Express for deployment. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 151
Description
This is an internal software error.
Resolution/Workaround
Attempt to power cycle the VISTA. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 277
Description
Video storage on the VISTA is full.
Resolution/Workaround
Dock the VISTA and allow all of the event video to be imported. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 278
Description
The VISTA is not able to write new event data or video to internal storage. This could be due to corrupt storage device or the device is full of system-related files.
Resolution/Workaround
Dock the VISTA and allow all of the event video to be imported. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 302
Description
The video signal from the sensor was lost.
Resolution/Workaround
Attempt to power cycle the VISTA. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 402
Description
The audio signal from the microphone was lost.
Resolution/Workaround
Attempt to power cycle the VISTA. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 502
Description
The VISTA cannot communicate on the network when docked in a Transfer Station. This could be an issue with either the VISTA or the Transfer Station.
Resolution/Workaround
Un-dock the VISTA from the Transfer Station slot and re-dock it in another slot. If multiple VISTAs in the same Transfer Station are showing the same error, turn the Transfer Station off and then turn it back on. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 503
Description
The VISTA cannot communicate on the network when docked in a Transfer Station. This could be an issue with either the VISTA or the Transfer Station.
Resolution/Workaround
Un-dock the VISTA from the Transfer Station slot and re-dock it in another slot. If multiple VISTAs in the same Transfer Station are showing the same error, turn the Transfer Station off and then turn it back on. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
ERR 600
Description
This is an internal software error.

Call Customer Support to discuss replacing the unit.
ERR 601
Description

ERR 602
Description

ERR 603
Description
The VISTA is not connecting wirelessly to the VISTA WiFi Base.
Resolution/Workaround
Ensure the WiFi antenna is securely connected to the VISTA WiFi Base. Redock the VISTA in the Base and leave it docked for 15 seconds. Undock the VISTA. If the error recurs, try to power cycle the VISTA and the WiFi Base, re-dock the VISTA again and undock. If the issue persists, call Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
