Problem
After upgrading to Evidence Library 4.3, you can't add more than one attachment to a Case.
Solution
Simply clear the cache in your browser and reload the Evidence Library web page. This allows for the new dialog selection box to reload and for Cases attachments to work as designed.
Refer to your browser's help for details on how to clear the cache.
